HOMINY CASSEROLE 
2 lg. cans hominy (each 1 lb., 13 oz.)
2 (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
3/4 stick butter
1 pkg. sour cream
1/2 pkg. whipping cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. shredded cheese

Drain hominy and wash. Put in buttered casserole - layer hominy, layer chilies, layer hominy, salt and pepper, dot with butter and sour cream, pour whipping cream over top, cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
