3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 2/3 cups sugar
1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1/2 cup light corn syrup (Karo)
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
pinch salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 deep dish unbaked pie shell

In a a large mixing bowl combine flour and sugar. Add potatoes, eggs, corn syrup, nutmeg, salt, butter and milk. Beat well. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 350°F for 55 to 60 minutes. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
