GRASSHOPPER PIE 
1 pkg. Oreo cookies (1 sm. pkg. with 3 rows)
3/8 c. butter, melted
36 marshmallows
1 c. milk
1 pt. whipping cream
4 jiggers creme de menthe
2 jiggers creme de cacao

Over a double boiler, melt marshmallows in 1 cup milk, stir while melting. Cool. Grind Oreos, including filling, in blender. Add butter and mix well. Press into pie plate to form pie crust.

To cooled marshmallows add whipping cream (whipped) and liqueurs. Pour into pie shell. Cover with inverted pie plate and freeze overnight. Yields 2 pies.
