GRASSHOPPER PIE 
14 Hydrox cookies, crushed fine
2 tbsp. melted butter
24 marshmallows
1/3 c. milk
4 1/2 tbsp. white creme de cocoa
3 tbsp. creme de menthe

Mix cookies and butter. Pat in 9" pie pan. Refrigerate 1 hour. Melt marshmallows and milk. Let cool. Add creme de cocoa and creme de menthe. Fold in whipping cream. Pour into shell and let set 2 hours.
