SINFULLY WONDERFUL GRASSHOPPER
PIE
 
1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

FILLING:

25 lg. marshmallows
2/3 c. cream or milk
2-3 tbsp. green creme de menthe
2-3 tbsp. white creme de cocoa
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Crust: Line sides and bottom of 9 inch pie plate that has been greased and chilled, first, reserving 2 tablespoons of chocolate crumbs.

Filling: Combine marshmallows and milk over low heat until melted. Cool. Then, fold in liqueurs and whipped cream. Pour into chilled crust. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Freeze or refrigerate for 12 hours.
