1 c. flour
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix together and press in ungreased 2x11x15 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven about 20 minutes. Let cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix together and spread over crust.

THIRD AND FOURTH LAYER:

1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. box chocolate instant pudding
4 c. milk

Mix together the chocolate and vanilla puddings and spread over cream cheese mixture. For fourth layer spread Cool Whip over pudding.
