GREEN BEANS AND TOMATOES 
2 lbs. green beans
1 lg. onion
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. olive oil
1 tbsp. sugar
2 potatoes
Salt and pepper

Chop onion. Cut potatoes into medium sized pieces, with or without skins. Combine all ingredients and cook over low heat for two hours or longer. Salt and pepper before serving.
