GREEN BEAN AND TOMATO SALAD 
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can whole or cut green beans, drained
3/4 lbs. tomatoes (2 medium), cut into wedges
1 lg. onion, sliced

In large bowl, stir together vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and sugar until well blended. Add beans, tomatoes, and onions; toss to mix. Can be served at once or cover and chilled overnight.

Makes about 4 servings.
