GREEN BEANS AND TOMATOES 
3 tbsp. oil
4 lg. cloves garlic
1 1/2 lbs. green or pole beans
4 fresh tomatoes
1 med. onion, chopped

In skillet, add oil and lightly brown garlic and onion. Add tomatoes and saute for 20 minutes. Add water if necessary. Add beans and cook until tender.
