OUTDOOR POTATOES 
8 med. potatoes, unpeeled and sliced
2 med. onions, sliced
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, sliced
1 stick butter, sliced thinly
Salt

Line casserole dish with enough foil to close at the top tightly. Layer - butter, potatoes, onions, and cheese. Add salt to taste on each layer. Close foil tightly at top and bake at 325 degrees approximately 2 hours.
