COUNTRY BANANA BREAD 
The dairy sour cream makes this bread very moist and yummy!

1 cup mashed bananas
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1 1/3 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup dairy sour cream
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan. Set aside.

In a large bowl, mash bananas. Mix in melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and dairy sour cream. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt to the wet mixture, and mix well. Stir in walnuts (if using). Pour into pan.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
