PORK CHOPS | |
Soak pork chops in peach syrup. Shake pork chops in Shak'n Bake and save syrup, for sauce, put pork chops in a rack pan for 40 minutes at 425 degrees. Flip pork chops over, place peaches on top of chops. Bake 20 minutes longer. SAUCE: 1/2 c. peach syrup 1/4 c. brown sugar 2 tbsp. vinegar 1/4 c. ketchup Serve over chops. |
