MARINATED SLAW 
1 c. water
1 c. vinegar
2 pt. grated cabbage
1 red pepper
1 c. sugar (use Sweet and Low to equal a cup)
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 tsp. salt

Chop cabbage, pepper and onions. Boil water, sweetener and vinegar for 5 minutes. Pour over chopped ingredients and add salt. Chill in a refrigerator.
