MARINATED COLESLAW 
4 lb. grated cabbage (2 heads)
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 chopped onion

Cover with 2 cups sugar and let stand for 30 minutes. Bring to a boil 1 cup salad oil, 1 cup vinegar and 1 teaspoon celery salt; pour over; refrigerate. Marinate for 1 week.
