CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE 
3/4 c. butter
1 2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2/3 c. cocoa
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray two 9-inch round pans or one 9 x 13 pan with Pam. Cream together butter, sugar and eggs until fluffy. Add vanilla, beat for 5 minutes. Combine flour, cocoa, soda, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Pour into prepared pan(s). Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
