CHOCOLATE FUDGE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
Cream:

3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter

Stir in:

1/2 c. milk

Add:

1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cocoa

Stir in:

1/2 c. chopped nuts

Spread in 9 inch greased pan.

Mix:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. cocoa

Sprinkle evenly over batter in pan. Pour:

1 1/2 c. hot water over all

DO NOT STIR!

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
