1 pkg. brownie mix

FILLING:

3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
3 - 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Prepare brownies as directed on package. Mix together the filling ingredients and spread over brownies. Drizzle with melted chocolate chips (tint green, if desired) (about 1/4 c.) or unsweetened chocolate. Swirl with knife.
