MINT BROWNIES 
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's syrup
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Mix together and bake in jelly roll pan at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool in refrigerator.

SECOND LAYER:

1/2 c. soft butter
2 tbsp. milk
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. peppermint extract
Dash of green food coloring

Whip together with mixer. Spread over cooled brownies and refrigerate 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
6 oz. chocolate chips

Melt and spread over top. Refrigerate.
