GLAZED PORK CHOPS 
6 (1 inch) thick pork chops
1 to 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
Salt
1 can crushed pineapple
Handful of cherries

Sprinkle salt over pork. Arrange pork chops in pan. In bowl, combine sugar, vinegar and mustard; mix well. Spread sauce over pork chops. Spread crushed pineapple on top, then decorate with cherries. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
