ORANGE GLAZED PORK CHOPS 
4 (3/4 inch thick) pork chops
Salt and pepper to taste
All purpose flour
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 c. orange juice
3 tbsp. orange marmalade
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar

Season pork chops. Dredge in flour. Brown on both sides in heavy skillet. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour over pork chops. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 40 to 45 minutes.
