MACARONI AND CHEESE | |
1 c. dry macaroni 1 c. cottage cheese 1 c. sour cream 1 c. Velveeta cheese, cut up 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated 2 eggs, beaten Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Combine next 5 ingredients in 2 1/2 quart casserole. Add cooked macaroni; fold in thoroughly. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yield: 6-8 servings. |
