MACARONI AND CHEESE DELIGHT 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked
2 c. cream/sm. curd cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Paprika

Cook macaroni; drain, rinse; set aside. Combine next 6 ingredients, add macaroni; stir well. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6-8.
