MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni (1 3/4 c.)
2 c. sm. curd cream style cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
8 oz. sharp process American cheese, shredded = 2 cups (Old English slices)
Paprika

Cook macaroni; combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt, and pepper. Add shredded cheese and mix well. Stir in cooked macaroni and turn into greased 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
