MACARONI AND CHEESE | |
8 oz. elbow macaroni 4 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 3 c. milk 2 half-pound pkgs. Old English sandwich cheese, sliced Cook macaroni according to directions. Put in 3-quart casserole. Melt butter, blend in flour and seasonings; add milk. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in cheese; pour over macaroni and mix lightly. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Delicious. |
