CHICKEN KIEV 
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil and oregano, mixed
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
2 chicken breasts (1 lb. chicken)
1/4 c. apple juice
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. parsley

Melt butter; combine bread crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt, and salt. Dip chicken in butter and coat with crumbs. Reserve remaining butter. Place chicken, skin side up, in ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees 50 minutes. Meanwhile, add juice, onion, and parsley to melted butter. When chicken is done, pour sauce over it. Bake 3 to 5 minutes longer.
