CHICKEN DELIGHT 
1 fryer, boiled (reserve broth)
1 bunch broccoli buds
1/2 c. rice or noodles
2 cans mushroom soup
1/3 to 1/2 c. milk
Cheddar cheese

Cook chicken until tender. Bone and skin. Cook rice or noodles in chicken broth. Cook broccoli until tender, but not mushy. In medium size casserole dish, put a layer of chicken, a layer of rice, and a layer of broccoli. Alternate until dish is full. Mix milk and soup. Pour over mixture. Grate cheese over top and bake at 350 degrees until cheese is bubbly.
