ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 c. flour (all purpose)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1/2 c. All Bran
1 1/2 tsp. orange peel
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. shredded zucchini
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside. Beat sugar, oil and eggs, stir in cereal, orange peel and vanilla. Add flour mixture, zucchini and nuts. Mix well. Spread evenly in a 10 x 6 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.

ICING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. soft butter
1 tsp. orange peel
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Beat cheese, butter and peel. Gradually add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add 1 to 3 teaspoons milk if too thick.
