1 c. oil
3 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs, add 1 at a time
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients together, adding 1 egg at a time. Bake in 9"x13" pan at 300 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes.

ICING:

3 oz. cream cheese
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix, spread on cool cake.
