SPICED ZUCCHINI CAKE 
3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. grated zucchini, peeled

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour; mix together all dry ingredients. Beat in oil and eggs. Mix in zucchini and nuts. This is a big mixture. It will make 2 (7 1/2 x 11 1/2 inch) cakes. Bake at 300 degrees for about 1 hour.

FROSTING: Cream butter and cream cheese. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
