ORANGE PINEAPPLE FROSTING 
1 c. pineapple juice
2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. corn starch
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve corn starch in juices. Boil until clear. Add rest of ingredients. Cool. Spread between layers and on top.

Servings: Frosting for 1 cake.
