ORANGE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. orange peel
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. soft butter

Beat cream cheese, butter and peel until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar, beating until fluffy and of spreading consistency. If too thick, add 1 to 2 teaspoons milk. Spread onto cooled cake.
