ORANGE NUT CREAM CHEESE BREAD 
FILLING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. sugar

Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl. Blend at low speed until well mixed. Set aside.

BREAD:

2/3 c. honey
2 1/2 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. nuts
2/3 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Combine honey and milk in large mixing bowl. Add flour, soda, salt, shortening and egg. Blend at low speed until smooth about 1 minute. Stir in nuts. Spread half of batter in greased and floured loaf pan. Pour filling over batter. Carefully spoon remaining batter over filling and spread gently. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 25 minutes.
