CHEESE FONDUE | |
1 env. Lipton Onion Soup mix 1 (12 oz.) can beer 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded (2 c.) 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded (2 c.) 2 tbsp. flour French bread (bite size) In fondue pot or medium saucepan, combine Lipton soup mix and beer. Heat slowly. In medium bowl combine cheese with flour. Add gradually to beer mixture and stir constantly until completely melted. Keep warm over low heat Cut French bread into bite size pieces and toast in oven. Stick bread pieces with fondue fork and dip in cheese. Excellent holiday recipe. |
