CHEESE FONDUE 
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
1/2 can Rotel tomatoes w/green chilies
1 med. bag Dorito chips or
1 loaf toasted bread cubes

Over low heat or in fondue dish, melt 2 pounds Velveeta cheese, add about 1/2 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies. Stir well and serve hot with chips or toasted bread cubes or Dorito chip, etc. Use amount of tomatoes to your taste.
