SUPREME PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. white rice
1 med. onion, sliced
1 med. green pepper, sliced
1 can whole tomatoes, drained
1 can chicken broth, add water to make 2 c.
Salt and pepper

Spread uncooked rice over bottom of casserole. Add salt and pepper. Brown pork chops in hot oil and place on rice. Top with sliced vegetables and tomatoes. Pour on broth. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
