PORK CHOPS SUPREME 
6 pork chops
4 medium potatoes
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk (I use more milk)
Salt and pepper to taste

Pare and slice potatoes. Place in medium sized casserole dish. Lightly salt and pepper potatoes. Mix soups and milk. Fry pork chops until brown. Drain chops and arrange on top of potatoes. Pour soup mixture over chops.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
