HOT BEEF SANDWICHES 
Beef roast, about 3 lbs. arm, chuck or rump
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 c. water
1/2 c. red wine
Heavy duty foil

Place double layer of heavy duty foil in cake pan; foil should be large enough to completely wrap meat.

Place meat on foil, sprinkle onion soup mix on meat, add wine and water over top. Wrap meat securely so juices don't run out. Bake at 325 degrees for 4 1/2 to 5 hours. Break meat apart with fork. Serve with juices on buns.
