GREEN TORTILLAS 
3 lbs. ground meat
2 lg. onions
3 cans Rotel tomatoes with chili peppers
3 cans cream of chicken soup
20 tortillas
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. cheddar cheese

Season meat, saute. Mash pepper and tomatoes, combine soup. Grate cheese, chop onions, heat tortillas. Line pan with tortillas, alternating layers of meat, onions, soup and cheese. Cover with foil and bake 40 or 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
