GREEN CHILI CON CARNE 
6-8 med. size pork chops, or roast, cubed
8 oz. can whole green chilies
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Garlic to taste
28 oz. can whole tomatoes, chopped
1 whole onion, sliced
4 yellow peppers, cooked and chopped
Grated cheese
8 inch flour tortillas

Simmer meat for 1/2 hour. Cook yellow peppers, remove stems. Add tomatoes, green chilies and seasonings. Add to meat. Simmer 1 1/2 hours. Put in 8 inch flour tortillas with grated cheese. Fold. Keep warm. Or fold tight on ends and deep fry.
