GARDEN STEW 
Lg. zucchini (about 4 c.), cubed (1/2 inch cubes)
3 or 4 tomatoes plus 1/2 stalk celery or 1 can Del Monte with peppers and celery
in it
1 lg. onion, saute in 3 tbsp. butter
1 ear corn, cut off cob
2 c. water
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. butter salt
1/2 tsp. sugar

Saute onion in butter. Then add everything else. Simmer about 45 minutes. Makes about 4 servings.
