SAVORY CHOPPED SPINACH 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 c. sour cream
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. horseradish
6 slices bacon
Salt to taste

Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain thoroughly. Add sour cream and stir until blended. Add cream cheese, onion, horseradish and salt. Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels and crumble.

Butter a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Spoon spinach mixture into casserole, top with crumbled bacon and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serves 3.
