CHOP CHE 
1/2 lb. thinly sliced beef, stir-fried (Bulgogi meat)
1 pkg. bean thread noodles
5 carrots
2 bell peppers
2 lg. green onions
1 lg. onion
1/2 lb. fresh spinach
1 pkg. dried oriental mushrooms
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. sesame seed oil
1/2 tsp. sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Cook and drain noodles, chop in thirds. Soak mushrooms until soft. Slice vegetables diagonally in 1 1/2 inch pieces. Cook and rinse spinach thoroughly (until you feel no sand).

Fry vegetables in oil and a pinch of salt until just soft, but not completely cooked (crunchy).

In a large bowl, mix seasonings, noodles and vegetables. Taste: if needs more salt add a bit more soy sauce - if too salty, add a dash of sugar. Serve immediately. If refrigerated, stir-fry in a bit of oil to heat.
