STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
6 center cut pork chops (1" to 1 1/2" thick)
1 pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
1 (#2) can drained spinach
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
Dash pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. dry white wine

Brown chops on both sides. Prepare stuffing mix; add spinach, onions, celery and pepper. Stuff chops. Place in shallow casserole and add wine. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for about an hour or until chops are tender.
