PORK CHOP AND STUFFING CASSEROLE 
4-6 pork chops
1 box Stove Top stuffing for pork
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 to 1 c. water, mixed with pork chop drippings

Brown chops. Remove chops and add water and soup to pan. Place chops in a single layer in a baking dish.

In a bowl, mix the vegetable packet from the Stove Top box, 1 to 1 1/2 cup of very hot water and 1/2 stick melted butter. Then add contents of the crumb packet (or follow directions on box). Mix well. Form into as many balls as you have chops and place 1 ball on top of each chop. Pour soup-water mixture over chops and stuffing. Bake uncovered 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 4-6.
