ICE CREAM CAKE 
1 lb. Oreo cookies
1/4 c. butter
1 gal. ice cream, softened (vanilla chocolate)
Fudge topping
Caramel topping

Crush Oreo cookies. Melt butter and mix with cookie crumbs. (Set aside 3/4 cup for topping). Put rest of cookies in 13 x 9 inch pan to make crust. Put ice cream in crust. Top with fudge and caramel and leftover cookie crumbs. Put in freezer to set.
