ONIONS & CREAM 
18 sm. white onions
1 c. diced cooked celery
1/2 c. blanched almonds
Paprika for color
1 c. Parmesan cheese

FOR WHITE SAUCE:

4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1/2 c. light cream

Make white sauce. Butter casserole dish. Layer the onions and celery. Pour white sauce over. Top with almonds, paprika and Parmesan cheese. Dot top with butter. Bake at 350 degrees until brown and bubbly.
