CANNED APPLE PIE FILLING 
6 quarts cooking apples, diced
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cornstarch
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
8 c. water

Blend all ingredients except apples in a large pan. Cook until mixture thickens. Pack apples in jars and add hot thickener.

Process 30 minutes in quart jars (water bath).

Pressure cooker 10 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
