CHEESE CAKE BARS 
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts

TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar (I use brown sugar)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter (butter) and sugar. Add flour and nuts; mix to a crumb mixture. Reserve 1 cup for topping. Press remainder into bottom of 11 x 7 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.

TOPPING: Blend sugar with cheese until smooth. Add egg, milk, juice and vanilla. Beat well. Spread over baked crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
