HAM AND CHEESE STRATA 
16 slices thin white bread
16 slices boiled ham
16 slices Swiss cheese
1 (10-12 oz.) bar cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Make layers in a greased 9x13-inch pan of bread, cheddar, ham, Swiss; repeat once more. Combine eggs, milk and dry mustard; pour over bread and cover. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight. Top with crushed corn flakes and drizzle with melted butter and then bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.

Serves 8.
