SHRIMP CREOLE 
1 c. chopped celery, with leaves
1 c. chopped green onions
1 c. chopped bell peppers
1 lg. can tomatoeslg. shrimp
2 c. cooked rice
Hot sauce or Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash salt-free seasoning

Saute celery, green onions and green peppers in oil (or butter) until tender - approximatley 10 minutes. Add juice and chopped tomatoes and seasonings and cook for 10 minutes. Check for seasonings. Add shrimp and cook until done. Serve over hot cooked rice.
